At the heart of it, therapy with me is about genuine presence and connection with YOU: the expert in your own life.

My practice is exclusively online with English-speaking clients living in Connecticut or elsewhere in the world (outside of the U.S.). I use a HIPAA-compliant platform for video sessions & record keeping.

My fee is $195 per 55-minute session. Sessions are self-pay. While I don't take insurance, many clients with out-of-network benefits are eligible for reimbursement (before we meet, you should contact your insurance carrier.)
