Compassionate Psychotherapy for Adults
Navigating  Big Life Changes

When life changes, you don't have to walk alone.

I invite you to listen closely to yourself —

especially during times of change.
I offer a space to explore how your life has been shaped by love and loss while opening to all that is emerging.

  • You may be experiencing grief connected to the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a version of yourself.

  • You may feel a quiet, unseen or unexplainable grief that surfaces during times of change.

  • You may be functioning well on the outside while carrying tenderness, uncertainty or a deep longing on the inside.

  • You may feel unsettled, reflective, or unsure of who you are becoming.

As your open-hearted guide, I’ll walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your unique journey. My role is to help you recognize and draw on your strengths while moving through a crossroads.

We will dig in to reveal what may be keeping you stuck.

Letting go of old stories and untangling old patterns frees space for new ones—for new experiences, joy, and meaning. Letting go does not mean forgetting or denying; it means honoring what was while choosing and flowing into what comes next. Therapy can be a place to tend to change and grief while discovering a deeper, more authentic sense of self shaped by love and lived experience.

This is an invitation to know yourself more deeply. An invitation to commit to your self — to your worth, your tenderness, and your growth.

You are worth it.

Come as you are - your whole self is safe and valued here.

Why do old patterns keep returning? Who am I without these patterns?

How has this loss or change shaped who I am becoming?

What parts of me are asking to be seen and cared for?

What might I discover if I lean into what I’ve been resisting?

What holds me back from living fully?

This is an open-hearted & open-minded practice where all identities are welcome.
